- Start with clean, toned skin. Apply your usual toner, toner pad or essence for toning the skin.

***Can I use it overnight?
Not recommended. Once the hydrogel fully dries, it can pull at the skin and shift while you sleep. For overnight nourishment, follow with a comforting cream after removal.
